Custom video content for POS and on-line product implementation. Also created ad templates for weekly retail specials. The challenge centered around non-availability of studio content, i.e. TV shows, movie clips, etc. which were vital in communicating the user experience with the device. The solution was to produce a generic short film, entitled "Shakedown Street" that the client would own for implementation in this piece, as well as others in the future.
Since 2006, FORT has produced this nationally syndicated television program, which includes content creation and implementation on over 120 stations across the country (over 73%), creation and management of digital assets, including website and social media outlets and the development of custom platforms with sponsors which integrate the HouseSmarts brand and Lou Manfredini.

The mission was simple. Portray the experience of what a vacation on St. Maarten would be like. However, the mission wasn’t without its challenges. The production crisscrossed the island for three days to capture the sights and sounds that exemplify St. Maarten, at all hours of the day and night. FORT also created transit ads and print ads to further promote the island.
