With media, promotions, mainstream advertising, and channel marketing in his background, Frank has learned there are many roads to a client solution. Which is why he created an advertising and marketing company that is 100% media neutral.

Steven A. Laux

Since joining the FORT Group in 1994, Steve has had a unique perspective, as the company evolved into the marketing communications organization it is today. He is an active participant in keeping the FORT Group on track with its mission: to provide our clients with the critical thinking and guidance necessary to successfully navigate the sometimes treacherous minefields of marketing and advertising.

Chief Operating Officer

Ron Schuttè

Ron adds thirty years of management and operational experience to the Fort Executive Team. He has owned and operated both public and privately held manufacturing businesses where policies and procedures were verified by ISO 9002 certifications. Ron uses this extensive background to streamline FORT Group’s production flow and increase efficiencies. He received a BA from Fordham University, a MBA from Campbell University and served as a Captain in the US Army.

Chief Marketing Officer

Jeff Wolfson

Jeff joined the FORT Group full-time in late 2007 in order to provide our clients high level strategic consulting to help identify new opportunities and drive growth. Coming from the client side of the business, he has worked with such notable brands as General Mills, Nestle, Kraft Foods, Marvin, ConAgra, Volvo, Viacom, Novartis, Campbell's, Heineken, Whirlpool, CME, The Hartford, and Citibank.

Vice President, Digital Strategy

Anthony R. Forte

Anthony has been working in the production, post production and interactive fields with the FORT Group since 1994. In 2007 he was tasked with building the FORT Group’s interactive department, not only to accommodate contemporary interactive design, but to incorporate highly usable and functional programming languages. His current responsibilities include developing and implementing internet marketing strategies, from Search Engine Marketing and Optimization to applying Web Analytics.

Pamela Lorusso

Joining the FORT Group in 1997, Pamela is responsible for the overall supervision of the agency's creative staff and its product. With a BS in Marketing Management and a BA in Graphic Design, Pamela is the rarest of the rare - a creative director whose concepts and designs are firmly rooted in sound business and marketing solutions.

Joe Moran

With a long and established background in everything from event planning, media sales, and internet development to corporate sponsorship, research and analysis, and database management, Joe a multi-disciplined, tenacious leader within FORT Group's Account Services division.

General Manager, HouseSmartsTM Television

Jerry Putruele

Jerry is responsible for managing the syndication and sponsorship relationships for the FORT Group produced and nationally syndicated HouseSmartsTM television show. Jerry joined FORT in 1998 as an account executive and managed various regional marketing programs throughout the years.
